Hoya plants

Hoyas are very cute plants, which can have cute little flowers. Hoya is usually called wax flower. This plant species is mainly from Asia. The flowers of this plant often look like they are fake. They have very distinctive colours and sometimes look like buttons or candies. 

Most flowers have 5 petals and then a star of colour in the centre of the flower. Moreover, many Hoyas have fragrant flowers. 

Hoyas are relatively easy to care for and you can keep them as houseplants. However, they do tend to be a bit trickier with water and humidity than Philodendrons or Monsteras.
